Details
Come have a blast at Fernbank. Watch your child be in awe of the dinosaurs. We can play in two rooms just for kids, then travel through a night time adventure, including a cave. Next we can play with optical illusions of science. This venue is a lot of fun, so bring a friend or even hubby (he will love the illusions).
We will meet in Stone Mountain and caravan down. Email details will follow. The museum is an easy drive (Hwy 78 turns into Ponce de Leon and then the museum is a one turn off of Ponce.) We will meet a 9:30 and leave promptly so we can be at the museum when they open at 10 AM. Please keep your RSVP up to date so we do not wait on you if you are not attending.
There is a cafe, but I recommend bringing your own snacks. There was a sweet older gentleman who played the piano while we snacked.
I would plan on being there about three hours.
