There is a growing number of couples waiting later in life to have children and this gives us an opportunity to connect with each other. The majority of children are from ages newborn to 2 years old. Stroller Strides is a stroller fitness class where mom can workout with her baby or toddler. It's a great way to get in shape, be with your child and meet other moms! The classes consist of a power walk or run combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing, your stroller and the beautiful outdoors.
