I would like to start a women's bible study group in the Northern VA area for Catholic moms (married moms, single moms, working or stay-at-home moms, etc.). I am 37 years old, a wife and mother (I have a 22-month old son), and I realize I need faith and prayer more than ever. I also would love the fellowship and opportunity to learn from other moms. I work full-time, so would prefer to meet up on the weekend, maybe once/month.

I'll do the same for my daughter. My hope is that we (my family) can find other friends in the area that would be interested in learning and practicing Spanish with their ch …

We were meant to be out enjoying the world, taking in the sights, breathing the fresh air and enjoying the company of others! So why is it that when we get pregnant life suddenly seems to come to a screeching halt? I’m Sarah and I’m proud to be on the track towards first time mommy hood although I’ll …

We are the Arlington-South chapter of the International MOMS club (Mothers Offering Mothers Support). We meet during the day when at home mothers most need support. We believe being a mother shouldn't isolate you, so mothers can bring their children with them to all our activities. Any age children are welcome. You don't need to leave the group when your children enter school. We know you still need support as your children grow. For membership information please email samcmember@yahoo.com
The Arlington/DC Work-At-Home Meetup Group is pretty simple - it's open to any individuals who live in the DC/NoVA area and work from home. Since sitting home all day can get pretty boring and totally crushes the workplace social scene, this group is a great way to meet new people and get out during the day.
