This group is for moms and our goal is to meet on a regular basis to create an outlet for stay at home moms and moms that work. We will be sharing parenting and family ideas, training and providing resources for moms. We plan to meet once a month.

The Well Balanced Mom brings yoga to moms without the dreaded task of finding a sitter. This group is intended for stay at home moms who are looking for weekly (weekday) meetups with their little ones.  My hope is to create frequent playdates where both moms and their babies can socialize, create a community feeling, and have fun.  We've had home playdates, music with Miss Rhea, pumpkin picking, playdough fun, novice hiking, mom book clubs and visited local nature centers and museums.
